What’s included.
Many leaks on towers come from failed seals and joints that can only be reached from outside. Because we are already on the facade for cleaning and inspection, investigation and repair can often be done in the same visit.

How do you find where a building leak is coming from?
We inspect the facade from the outside around the leak — glazing seals, joints and flashings — and photograph and locate each possible entry point.
Can you replace window sealant on a high-rise?
Yes. We remove failed sealant and caulking and replace it at height by rope access, BMU or EWP.
What if the leak is structural?
We give you a photographic report of what we found, and bring in trusted third-party engineers for structural advice.
