Inspections are often done during a clean, when technicians are already on the facade — which makes them faster and cheaper than a standalone access job.

What does a facade inspection report include?
Photographs of each finding, where it is on the building, how serious it is and what we recommend doing about it, organised by elevation.
Do you provide engineering certification?
No — structural assessment and certification are provided by trusted third-party engineers, whom we work with and give access to the facade.
Can an inspection be done during a window clean?
Yes. Combining the two saves a separate mobilisation, and our technicians report what they see on every clean anyway.
